  • How can I get some microgreens?

  • What should I order?
    It depends on your goals.... if you are needing a serious health boost due to illness or injury, I suggest adding 2 oz of microgreens to your diet per day. Check out the blog for the health benefits. If your goal is to elevate your dishes with flavor and get the bonus of good health benefits, the Fab 4 micro mix is a crowd pleaser because it's got something for every cuisine. Open up the box and choose from peas, radish, broccoli or sunflower. They are wonderful to replace lettuce in sandwiches, wraps or subs. Try topping your bowl of soup, chowder or chili with some microgreens. I honestly add them to nearly every plate or bowl, even on my pizza. And if you are honest with yourself, and agree you don't get enough FRESH veggies in your meals, then you will LOVE adding these to anything you eat and will reap the nutritional rewards.
